I went to Whole Foods specifically to buy a chicken, and the staff even helped me cut it into pieces. It was absolutely perfect for making braised chicken! You can't just follow the instructions; after blanching it, you have to stir-fry it a bit before adding the sauce and water to stew it for the best flavor! I used the whole 3-pound chicken, potatoes, and tofu puffs, along with two packets of sauce, and the taste was just right! We had half for dinner, and the other half can be eaten again tomorrow!
