this was actually surprisingly easy to make. no English instructions but was able to understand from Google translating the instructions in the back. Mix whole bag of powder with cold water and mix; add boiling water and mix; boil on stovetop and let cool before pouring into your container of choice. I let my jelly cool overnight and it turned out great! It was already sweet, maybe too sweet, so I didn’t add additional sweetener.
I bought grass jelly powder first. I poured one packet of powder into a stainless steel pot, added 600 ml of water and mixed it well. Then I turned on the heat and brought it to a boil, stirring constantly, especially when I saw bubbles. After boiling, I poured it into a glass container. The best way to cool it is to refrigerate it before cutting it into your favorite shapes. This time I ate it with the taro dumplings that Weee bought. It was so refreshing that I didn't have time to take a picture.
I made half a batch, intending to eat it with mung bean paste, but it was very different from what I imagined. It had a texture closer to jelly. Boxed herbal jelly tastes better than this.

I bought the one on the right, which is very close to the authentic taste. I tried the Little Bear on Weee and the one from Vietnam, but in the end, I had no choice but to choose the one from Jiangmen.
