Lotus root starch is an excellent snack for the elderly and children. It's also a good tonic for patients, helping to relieve gas and soothe the stomach. Simply mix a small packet of lotus root starch with warm water, add more water to make a bowlful, heat in the microwave for 40 seconds, then stir again. How convenient!

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the produce is fresh and delivered intact. My family always buys vegetables from Wee. However, they don't ship fresh produce to Gofftown, which is very inconvenient. I was only able to place an order if I could get a relative in Manchester to help me, so I could have ordered more but couldn't.
