Cheap and delicious, I use it a lot
I mixed the recipe exactly as instructed on the package, no need to ferment the dough first, coated the cake with non-stick chato (remember to wrap the pot lid with foil so the cake doesn't dry out due to dehydration). The finished product is as delicious as eating at a famous Vietnamese restaurant! Extremely satisfying and convenient.
So easy to prepare and so delicious! Soak in boiling water for exactly 1 minute and 15 seconds. Then dip in cold water for 1 second, let them cool, and gently separate each piece to prevent them from sticking together. The bánh hỏi has a lovely, refreshing pandan aroma, so pleasant!

These rice vermicelli noodles are chewy and delicious. Soak them in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and they'll be soft and chewy again.
They ran out of the regular one so I got the pandan one. They’re pretty good.
