I started braising the beef shank as soon as it arrived today! I'm so happy! I've been waiting for so long! I put all the ingredients together—light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, carrots, and dried tofu—into a pressure cooker for 40 minutes. It smells incredibly delicious!
The meat I bought this time was far worse than before. It tasted like garbage, not like beef shank at all. This is the worst I've ever seen. Before thawing, it was blackish, and after thawing, it looked like meat that had been frozen for a year.
