The price of the Black Garlic is very reasonable. Black garlic is highly nutritious. Don’t be fooled by the name or appearance, if you’ve never had them before. They are sweet soft and oh so delicious. I use them in pastas, salads, fried rice etc, or just as a snack. Here it ‘s used as a topping with my dinner of boiled and sautéed cassava with fried sea bass. Be brave…try it and you won’t regret it.
