I absolutely need soy milk every day! Organic soybeans smell so good!
I've been craving Taiwanese soy milk and tofu pudding lately, so I bought some soybeans and made them myself. I bought a pack before and liked it, so I bought it again. I can't eat peanuts right now, so I can only add a little honey to the tofu pudding, which still tastes great. My husband likes it salty, so we have to add other toppings.
It's hot, so I made pork rib, soybean, and bitter melon soup. The soybeans were huge—the biggest soybeans I've ever bought! The soup was delicious, and the soybeans were tasty too
The soybeans are vacuum-packed, the grains are large, and the yield of soy milk is good.
The quantity was less than expected, but the particles were quite large.
If you buy two bags, usually one of them will arrive not vacuum-sealed...
These are soybeans for making natto (fermented soybeans). One bag arrived not vacuum-sealed.
