I was really craving kalguksu in the US, so I ordered it without much expectation, but it's seriously delicious. It tastes exactly like the kalguksu I eat in Korea.
I added potatoes and zucchini and it was super delicious. There are some pretty small frozen vegetables in there lol. I think it would be even tastier if you boiled the noodles separately and adjusted the doneness.
The broth is delicious, the noodles hold up well when overcooked, and the addition of mushrooms makes it even better. I'd definitely buy it again!
This is my second purchase. It tastes good and doesn't smell like instant food.
The refreshing clam kalguksu is so delicious. There are plenty of clams in it, too. I'm planning to buy it again next time~~
