I bought the pig stomach to make pig stomach soup. After opening it, I noticed there was still quite a bit of fat, so I used scissors to trim it as much as possible. After blanching it, I cut it into strips, added lotus seeds, and pressure-cooked it for 15 minutes. Then I added bamboo fungus. The final soup was delicious, and some of the tripe strips were also very tasty dipped in soy sauce. Not bad at all!

I forgot to take a photo. I bought the high-quality tripe, beef tendon, chili oil, and cilantro from Weee. It was all done in one place, so awesome! The homemade hot pot lung slices were just delicious.
