I bought this twice or thrice. The quality of the meat is great. Sometimes the meat tastes nutty, probably because it's grassfed. The problem is the weight. I always weigh meat when I buy online. I received 2.3-2.4 lbs of this meat twice already; it's stated that it's around 2.5-3.0 lbs. Please be honest with the weight. I'll buy it regardless.
Looks to be a good cut of meat, packaged and delivered well. It’s still rock frozen and solid even though I was a bit late in bringing in the groceries this morning!

Really delicious! Comes with a big amount of fat so i had to cut some off because when cooked, some of it’s not really that chewable, but the meat is very delicious especially when you reverse sear for this perfect medium rare. Pairs really well with peppercorn sauce or jeow som!

The steaks vary in size, so I don’t think it’s a good deal.
I pounded it a little, seasoned it with salt and pepper, and then fried it in a cast iron skillet. After thoroughly cooking one side, I turned it over, let it rest for 2 minutes on a damp cloth, and finished it again at a high temperature.The oil was tough, but the meat was delicious. It was good value for money
It is still ice-hard when received. Sprinkle some garlic salt and crushed black pepper and fry over high heat.
