Beef stew is very delicious.
I initially bought them for soup (I love to use rib meat in soups and stews), but then decided to marinate and grill them. Some of the slices are quite thin so might wanna go easy on the marinade with those so as not to oversaturate them. The thicker slices came out tasting the best.
It's pretty good, the meat is very fresh and not too fatty.

I've bought Angus sirloin steak countless times, and the quality is mostly good. As shown in the seller's pictures, however, these two pieces were too fatty and not very good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The meat is a deep reddish-brown with a distinct stripe of fat along the side (a classic characteristic of New York Strip steak). Marinate the steak and refrigerate for two hours! Using tongs, hold the steak upright in the pan with the fat stripe facing down and sear for 1-2 minutes to render the fat and release its aroma. Then sear each side for 1 minute! I bought two cuts, this one and rib eye. The rib eye was $1 cheaper, but I found this one softer and tastier. Initially, the meat looked a bit dark, and I was worried about its quality, but the beef was tender and delicious. Hopefully, next time I can get a fresher cut.

Fat ratio is a bit much but this ribeye steak is usually easy to work with. Delivered well as in it’s still rock frozen, even when I was a bit late to bringing my groceries in!
