You can make braised beef shank in an electric pressure cooker (whole beef shank, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, Sichuan peppercorns, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, etc., and cook for 30 minutes) or braised beef shank (cut the beef shank into chunks, season and cook for the same time as above).
