wow, this was yummy. super convenient, just throw in a pan with a little oil. there's gonna be a good amount of scum at first, then just cooked until water was dry and a nice little char. I made two nice decent size Vietnamese banh mi sandwich out of it with a little left over for a rice bowl meal. overall tasted good will get more :)

I made two meal kits (one for each of the two bulgogis). I added glass noodles, so my husband and I ate one meal kit for two days. Since I added vegetables, it was bland on its own, so I seasoned it with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and pepper to add more seasoning. I think I'll keep buying it. Good.
