Braised beef short ribs with onions and carrots. The Wagyu beef short ribs are of excellent quality!
It's used to make Vietnamese-style shake beef, and it's incredibly delicious with tender meat.
I had braised beef brisket with scallops; the beef was fragrant, but a bit oily. I would buy it again.
