I love all the products, they're very good.
The shrimp were very tender. One bag was enough for two people to share, and it went perfectly with the pasta.
It was much smaller than I expected, so I wondered if it would taste good, but I added it to fried rice and it was delicious with a chewy texture. I also added it to cold jellyfish salad, and it didn't smell fishy at all; the taste was clean and neatly prepared. It is great because it is very useful in various dishes.
The shrimp are petite and much smaller than I expected. It will still work for what I need.

I haven’t tried this yet. This is next step on my list but from the way that it looks it just seems like the shrimp are flash frozen. I was a little disappointed in the size for the money, but there are a lot of shrimp in that little package so I’ll have to see when I actually eat them.
