I think barramundi might be my new favorite fish! It has no fishy smell at all, and it’s so easy to cook. The texture is tender, and it works really well with simple seasoning like salt, pepper and garlic powder. Definitely something I’ll keep buying.

I can't believe I found frozen fish from Taiwan! After washing and drying it with kitchen paper towels, I added some scallions, ginger, garlic, and wine, then steamed it over medium-high heat for 8 minutes. It's just as good as fresh fish, and it's even pre-cut for you—so convenient! I'll definitely buy from them again…

I've had my eye on branzino for a while but always balked at the fresh seafood counter prices. When I saw this 16 oz frozen pack at a great deal, I finally decided to pull the trigger and stock up—so glad I did! I've always planned to pan-fry it, and that's exactly what I did. I patted the fillets dry, seasoned simply with salt and pepper, and threw them skin-side down in a hot pan with olive oil. The skin crisped up beautifully in about 4 minutes, and the meat flaked apart perfectly after flipping for another 2-3 minutes. The texture is exactly what you want from a good sea bass—incredibly tender, moist, and juicy right through to the center. No dryness, no fishy smell, just delicate, mild sweetness. It tasted like a restaurant-quality dish but cost a fraction of the price.
