It makes stir-fried snails taste much better than American butter, and it's also great for spreading on bread. My family finishes a box of butter every three weeks. Buying it online is much cheaper than buying it at the local market.

I frequently repurchase beef shank from this brand. The quality is excellent! You can make braised beef shank in an electric pressure cooker (whole beef shank, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, Sichuan peppercorns, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, etc., and cook for 30 minutes) or braised beef shank (cut the beef shank into chunks, season and cook for the same time as above).
The target value was 1.6-2.6, but they gave a value of 1.47. Even though weighing is charged, the variance is quite large.
The braised beef shank was a great success; the meat quality was excellent, and I keep buying it from them.
Just received the delivery. Looking forward to cook it tomorrow.
