The crust of this pineapple cake is incredibly creamy.
A box contains eight small pieces, smaller than those from Hsu Fu Chi, and with less filling, but all of them are the essence. Every bite of the filling is pure pineapple, with a real fibrous texture, unlike other brands that use winter melon as a substitute. The outer skin has a rich milky aroma in your mouth. Now I finally understand why it's expensive; the price reflects the value!
