It was already very clean when I bought it. I made a sauerkraut, pork tripe, and chicken soup.
I made chicken with pork tripe. The pork tripe was cut open, so it's not as versatile as a whole tripe. It was a bit tough, but it was still okay.
The pork belly provided by Weee was so fresh! I was hesitant to buy the ones I saw in the supermarket because they weren't fresh anymore.
