Good looking, frozen still

Haven't eaten it yet, but it looks good. A satisfying shopping experience.
I bought the pig stomach to make pig stomach soup. After opening it, I noticed there was still quite a bit of fat, so I used scissors to trim it as much as possible. After blanching it, I cut it into strips, added lotus seeds, and pressure-cooked it for 15 minutes. Then I added bamboo fungus. The final soup was delicious, and some of the tripe strips were also very tasty dipped in soy sauce. Not bad at all!
The tripe is chewy and delicious.

After thawing, I checked it and it was cleaned quite well; the quality is acceptable.
