Banh hoi (rice vermicelli) is easy to make, with thin, perfectly sized noodles. Soaking and steaming makes the noodles soft, not mushy or sticky. It tastes great with grilled meat or sausage. Well-packaged, I will buy again!

So easy to prepare and so delicious! Soak in boiling water for exactly 1 minute and 15 seconds. Then dip in cold water for 1 second, let them cool, and gently separate each piece to prevent them from sticking together. The bánh hỏi has a lovely, refreshing pandan aroma, so pleasant!

These rice vermicelli noodles are chewy and delicious. Soak them in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and they'll be soft and chewy again.
