Easy to cook in minute, and it is soft and taste good!
It's absolutely amazing: convenient, quick, and especially delicious. One packet of this powder makes 3 large bowls of banh canh (Vietnamese rice noodle soup). I add a little salt and cooking oil to the water I boil the powder in. I add the powder right when I start heating it. Once the water boils vigorously, I turn off the heat and pour it into a colander. The noodles are slightly chewy and delicious. My picture is of vegetarian banh canh.
It's exactly as described. I haven't cooked with it yet, but it looks good.
