This is exactly the kind of crab noodle soup you'd eat in Vietnam in the old days; one spoonful and you're instantly reminded of the Vietnamese flavor. The broth is delicious, subtly rich, and the huge crab is incredibly satisfying. Eating this bowl at the restaurant will keep you full all day, haha. Must try!
