Excellent banana bread mix. Definitely will purchase again. I got 2 boxes and they made 6 mini loaves. I mixed sliced almonds into 2 and chocolate chips into 2. Perfectly baked for all and super moist.
Our house smells banana cake from our oven right now. I love this product and I'm making a banana muffin instead of bread but surely it all tastes delicious ? can't wait to eat it. I used two boxes because the mix is not enough. I made 6 pieces and 1 extra piece out from the two since there's also minimum purchase but it's worth it.
