I love Iberian pigs. After the stalls at the farmers market disappeared, I had to rely on weee. I have placed orders many times and tried different methods. Because there is less meat, I still think stew is the best, especially when cooked with high-fiber winter bamboo shoots, which doubles the nutrition.
I have repurchased it several times and used it to stew various kinds of pork rib soup. It is delicious.
The quantity is not large and the price is not cheap. Almost no meat!

I bought the ribs after reading reviews that said they were very fresh. I can’t say it’s wrong, but the meat was cut a bit too cleanly, and the bones were cut into pieces.All we can do is make soup. No meat. I have always been very satisfied with Weee's products, but this one is really disappointing. I’d better buy elsewhere next time….
