the meat came cut in one large piece and two smaller pieces, which made it easier for me to process. i made slow cooked pork in salsa, it was very good and there wasn't a lot of fat to trim

Weee's meat suppliers are all of good quality. Especially the packaging – everything is clean and IQF, giving you peace of mind when buying and eating.
It arrived frozen solid, so it was safe to eat. I made boiled pork with it, and the meat was tender and good—but there wasn't enough fat, so I found it a bit dry... haha.
I was able to make enough of char siu buns or steamed siopaos with this meat. Though I forgot to take photos of the raw meat and the packaging as I got way to excited to start cooking haha But here's one way to prepare this meat as shown in my photos. Overall, good quality, generous quantity and definitely will buy again!

I've bought pork belly many times.
The pork belly looks nice, but the slices are a bit thinner than I expected. But that's okay. I plan to pan-fry some until golden brown and dip them in sauce, and use the rest as a side dish. It's very convenient!
