I finally got to eat Malantou (a type of wild vegetable), and it was so delicious in a cold salad! I bought another bag to keep on hand. I never thought I could eat Malantou in the countryside. I tried growing it myself, but when I got home a week later, the gardener didn't recognize it and treated it as a weed. What a pity!
