There were three bottles in the package, including a small one. The small one had a small scratch on it, but it wasn't bad enough to warrant a return, so I continued using it. There were no problems.

The eggplant I bought before was amazing. It was purple and long, so it was hard to use and went bad quickly, so I changed it to a Japanese one.
The eggplant is very fresh and tender, but the packaging needs to be improved. It was damaged when it arrived.
I thought it might be a little old, so I cooked it as soon as possible, and had it made into eggplant miso. It was delicious.

I only remembered to take a picture when we were almost finished eating. The braised pork ribs with eggplant in fish-fragrant sauce tasted amazing!

These Dominican eggplants is repurchase a few times. They were fresh and beautiful; one had too many seeds, which I removed. I prepared them with onions, garlic and ginger paste, tomatoes, eddoes herbs and spices of my choice. Eggplants has a unique sweetness to it, and doesn’t take much to make it into a tasty dish. It was enjoyed with steamed rice.
