These clams are unsalted and easy to use in a variety of dishes. Some of them have sand in them, so I use them to make broth.

This is my second purchase. The clams are less salty, making them easy to use in cooking. While they have a good clam flavor and umami, about 10 of them contained sandy bits. I think they're better suited for making broth than for enjoying on their own.
Clams are super convenient; everything is pre-cleaned for you, just cook them.
I use it when making pasta or stew; it tastes good and is affordable.

First time trying spicy stir-fried clams, enough for two people.

I have repurchased this Arctic clam many times. This time it is white and even better!
Arctic scallops, you can eat them after simple processing
Not good for me. I bought these along with the red ones. Save your money for the salmon sashimi or scallop sashimi. the two clam options are terrible. bad flavor bad texture. they also triggered stomach issues and also I got a rash around my eyes from them. I have never been allergic to shellfish in my life. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 just in case it is just my genes that can't tolerate them. but still, the flavor and texture are horrible. so if I were you, I would skip it.
It was very unpalatable. The sashimi was so fishy that I couldn't eat it. I had to stir-fry it with ginger and scallions, but it still didn't taste good.
