Good. I like this one because it has no additives, just coconut milk. The fat did solidify a bit, but nothing heating up won't fix. Going to be using a ⅓ of a can in a batch of curry. Saving 2 more ⅓ can portions for later use.

I made sago with coconut chunk in syrup and fresh corn. It's so easy to make. Just boil some water and add the sago when it boils and stir continuously until it is cooked and clear. I used another can of coconut milk with a little salt as a topping. It was so yummy.

I’ve been impressed with this coconut milk for my curry dishes. It creates the perfect consistency with meats and rice without being too thick or watery. Mixing it is easy with the paste and spices. I like this isn’t a potent or overpowering coconut flavor with curry dishes.
I really love this dish, I'm addicted to it! It's suddenly out of stock, and I've searched everywhere but couldn't find it, so I had to look through my purchase list to leave a review. It's a shame it's no longer available.
