Four came in total. The part near the head felt a little soft, but thankfully, after cutting them open, it didn't seem to affect the quality or freshness. There were only a few small yellowish-brown spots, and they didn't turn black after cooking, which was pretty good.

These chubby, short loofahs are so cute! Loofah soup makes a really delicious broth, so I used two to make loofah noodle soup this time. First, I stir-fried some mushrooms and shrimp, and then stir-fried some eggs separately. When I was making the loofah soup and noodles, I added all the stir-fried ingredients and adjusted the saltiness, then let it simmer for a bit. The broth was absolutely delicious!
