Desi Low Fat Dahi/Yogurt is a popular traditional Indian-style yogurt in North America. It has a rich, thick texture with a slightly tangy, traditional flavor, making it perfect for eating directly, cooking in Indian cuisine, or as a low-fat meal replacement. Its consistency falls between regular yogurt and Greek yogurt. Made with Grade A low-fat milk and skim milk solids, it replicates the rich flavor of homemade Indian yogurt.
I can't see if it's expired; the date is blurry.
