I made negitoro (minced tuna with green onions), and it turned out delicious! However, the portion is quite large, so it’s difficult to finish unless you have a big family. I’d be happy if it were about half the size.
The albacore was huge! It was much bigger than i expected. The taste is wonderful. It is somewhat similar to yellowfin and bigeye tuna with less iron flavor. I was so impressed about the quality. It is extremely fresh and has a good amount of umami. I'd definitely buy again in the near future.

Love sashimi, so simple but delicious
It was a huge chunk weighing 940g! I partially thawed it enough to cut through with a knife, cut it in half, and froze the rest. It had no unpleasant smell and tasted delicious.
It's very large. I had it as sashimi with ponzu sauce. It was very tasty and fresh, not fishy at all.
Albacore Tuna was amazing! I made Korean style chirashi with spicy gochujang sauce. One of the best quality sashimi I ever tasted. It just melted in my mouth. so delicious!
Seared albacore tuna. Served with garlic chips and ponzu sauce.
The package was a pretty big for 3 to 4 people.
It was fresh and odorless, so good. I'll buy it again next time.
