The Atka mackerel was delicious, so I bought some horse mackerel as well. I'm looking forward to trying it.
It was a large dried fish. I baked it in a 400F oven for about 25 minutes in total, turning it over halfway through. The dried fish is wrapped in clear plastic, so be careful not to forget to remove it before baking. The taste was typical of dried fish.

The dried overnight product is of very good quality; it tastes just like the ones sold in stores.
My American husband loves it; the seasoning is just right and it's delicious.
