Great and high-end tuna steak. Fry in a pan with a little oil. Add shredded ginger. Fry on both sides. Sprinkle some garlic salt. Perfect. Six ounces is just right for a meal.

The red flesh was beautiful. It was easy to eat with no sinews. I enjoyed it with salmon in hand-rolled sushi. It's easiest to cut when it's semi-frozen. I buy this again whenever I crave sushi. My family loves it too.
