I washed it once, drained the water well, added chopped wasabi and seaweed salad, mixed it all together, and ate it like tuna poke.

I've already eaten one serving. It was very fresh, and the portion was just right for two people. I soaked it in lightly salted water for a few minutes, then wrapped it in kitchen paper and thawed it in the refrigerator. It turned out almost identical to what you get at a sushi restaurant. I really liked it!

I bought two packs. I thawed them, wiped off the excess moisture, sprinkled them with salt, and baked them in the oven. They were bigger than I expected, and the flesh was tender and delicious!
