The filling was cut open and made into lucky bags, but they were a bit difficult to handle. It's more practical to cook them in the broth before adding them to soup ramen. They're quite large; I wonder if that's why they're more expensive than the other option.

Tofu skin sushi, convenient and delicious
I haven't eaten it yet, but I'm going to cut it up and make rolled inari sushi.
