Using Musang King durian pulp and tart shells, the recipe is super simple, yet the finished product tastes just like store-bought ones—crispy and crumbly, filling the whole house with the aroma of durian. Instructions: Unmold the tart shells and thaw until softened; Fill with Musang King durian pulp and shredded cheese, shaping into dumpling shapes; Bake in the oven at 400F for 10 minutes, brushing with egg yolk halfway through, and finally sprinkle with black sesame seeds. When freshly baked, the outer layer is flaky and layered, filled with a rich, bursting durian filling, and the addition of cheese adds even more layers of flavor. I never imagined it could be so easy to make a dessert shop-quality pastry like this. Durian lovers absolutely must try this—it's so satisfying!
repurchase. there two different colors of durian one is deeper yellow means came from older musang king tree,has sweet and bitter taste. seeds are very small.fav. the other paler yellow one is from a younger tree.seeds are bigger.they are both musang king.just one has a stronger durian taste than the younger ones.
