This miso-marinated Gindara (Japanese black cod) was absolutely delicious. The fish was rich, buttery, and incredibly tender, with a flaky texture that practically melted in my mouth. I would definitely buy it again. My portion had a few small bones, so it's worth eating with a little extra care. Other than that, the flavor and quality were excellent.
