Air fry at 400 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes per side until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect with soy milk. The color in picture three is lighter than the actual product; the photo didn't turn out well.

I'll continue using this brand, especially when it's on sale.

Got the swai fish for a second time it’s fresh and good marinated it with salt, cumin powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corriander powder and pepper powder along with crushed garlic and cilantro greens and a dash of lemon juice with any oil for 15 minutes and pan fried. Goes well with brown rice or white rice
