The beef was rich and flavorful with a nice amount of marbling. I think this cut works especially well for grilling or pan-searing. Definitely a good option when you want something a little more special than regular beef.

I received four, but all of them were in good condition except for one that was broken in the middle.

The squid was surprisingly large and fresh. I used it to make Korean spicy squid stir-fry (ojingeo-bokkeum), and it was tender and had a nice bite without being tough. It was also very convenient since it was already cleaned and trimmed. Great for an easy Korean-style meal, and I would buy it again!
