Dice the dried tofu and stir-fry until dry. Sauté the minced meat and diced onions until fragrant. Add soybean paste and sweet bean sauce, then add water and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens. This will make a delicious fried sauce!
Good beansprouts. Couldn’t wait, and cooked it, then remember had to take a pic for review. So here it is, a quick stir fry. May not offer dish arrangement, but the taste is good. Ingredients came from Weee: - Hong Kong Style Shrimp Noodle - Fish ball - Beansprouts - Cabbage - Ginger Garlic Alcohol - Sesame oil
I keep repurchasing it; the quality is excellent.
