It's shrimp, but it tastes a bit like pollack roe!!! It's delicious when added to rice :)

It is a tsuyu that isn't very sweet. When eating it with buckwheat noodles, I added a little more sweetness. I think it would be good for udon or other dishes as well. The portion size is also generous.

They are so delicious! I would eat them all the time. I ish it had more so I could have more but I’ll just order more of them they taste so good!
