These are my favorite noodles ever. I bought the ones that are 100% buckwheat and they just were not good and had a bad texture (no chew, a bit grainy?). These ones have a much stronger buckwheat flavor, oddly enough, and the texture is chewy and they're just so fragrant. Sticking to this brand forever.
