Sometimes I crave xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), and after trying many brands, Wei Chuan's is still the best. Each time I steam them for 15 minutes after the water boils, there's still a little soup inside, which suits my taste perfectly I can't get freshly made ones here, but I'm very satisfied to be able to buy frozen xiaolongbao like these!
