The brown sesame seeds are very fragrant, and I looked them up and found that they're not peeled, which should be healthier. I roasted them myself in an iron pan, and the black sesame seeds were also bought here.

Got the swai fish for a second time it’s fresh and good marinated it with salt, cumin powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corriander powder and pepper powder along with crushed garlic and cilantro greens and a dash of lemon juice with any oil for 15 minutes and pan fried. Goes well with brown rice or white rice
