Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

These are the udon noodles I always buy. I like that the frozen ones don't have that sour preservative taste.
