I bought some local soba noodles.

the texture Is like a spongie not sure but it's soft not to break in pieces though, doesn't taste like red velvet tastes like the original cake.

It's similar to Japanese castella cake, but not too sweet, and I've bought it many times.

The soft cheese flavor goes well with it, and it is delicious.
