The beef was rich and flavorful with a nice amount of marbling. I think this cut works especially well for grilling or pan-searing. Definitely a good option when you want something a little more special than regular beef.
The weight was not as stated (2.8-3lb). I only received one 2lb plant for 9.99.
I always find the amount better than the bunch of beers available at weee. but only thing is I find this to be really hard to cut pieces. but they are tasty and quality is nice
They were all different sizes. There were lots of them. I used the larger ones for goya champuru and the smaller ones for keema curry.
It's delicious, but the pork slices are thin—it's better suited for stir-frying.
