I bought this matcha powder because it was inexpensive and has a rich tea aroma. The matcha roll in picture 1 (P1) probably had too little matcha powder, resulting in a yellowish color. The polka dot roll in picture 2 has the matcha color I wanted. Overall, this matcha powder is quite good, and I would repurchase it.
