It makes sense to add a touch of home flavor with Vietnamese savory pancake batter.

It's difficult to dissolve in cold water; it requires slow stirring and heating to dissolve. I made grass jelly with it, and it turned into grass jelly after cooling, which was pretty good. After turning into grass jelly, I added some Vietnamese banana extract, which has a very chemical flavoring taste. It's better for Taiwanese palates not to add it. It contains lead and cadmium, so I won't buy it often.

I'd like to ask if it's possible to keep the bottles and refill them at a cheaper price after I've ordered 4 bottles of fish sauce? It's wasteful to throw away glass bottles.
